Informations of Witness taken
upon Oath this 19th. day of January 1792 at the
Dwelling House of Mr. Henry Fry< no role > Known by the
Sign of the Ship in Vine Street in the Parish of
St. John the Evangelist Westminster Before
Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman His Majesty's
Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster
on View of the Body of George Whittall< no role > then
and there lying dead as follow

Henry Fry< no role > Victualler at the Ship in Vine Street in the Parish
of St. John the Evangelist Westminster , on his Oath Saith That
the Deceased has used his House at different times for Four
Years last past, says that Deced come to his House on Tuesday
the 17th. of January instant about half after 3 o'Clock in the
Afternoon was Sober, but appeared rather destitute as if he
Wanted something to refresh him he had a Pint of Two penny
and a Quarter of Gin and a pint of Warm Water and three
half penny worth of Paul and Continued in one Box in the
Top Room till Eight o'Clock the same Evening, when Depont.
advised him to go home, and he went out of the Top Room and out
