being sworn saith that on being called to see the<lb></lb>

on Saturday Afternoon the 15th. Instant<lb></lb>
he went and to the deceased when he was informed<lb></lb>
tha he had been gravelling and fighting, which<lb></lb>
he plainly saw ley his having a black Eye and<lb></lb>
but did not imagine that the<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Symptons arose<lb></lb>
from that Injury nor from any other observation<lb></lb>
which he then made, but upon receiving the<lb></lb>
deceased and minutely examining<del>the</del>
the body this<lb></lb>
10th. of June found on Injury upn the kind<lb></lb>
part of the Neck and supposes the Spine to have<lb></lb>
been injured which might be the Cause of his<lb></lb>
death</p>

Deceased in Company with the above Saml. Hunt<lb></lb>
and entirely agrees with him in what he has deposed</p>
