to wit,


An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King at the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the House of Robert Roberts< no role > the Sign of the Hand and
Racket in Whitcombe Street within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church
of St, Peter, Westminster , in the County of Middlesex , the ninth day of November 1799
in the Fortieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third,
by the Grace of God, of Great- Britain, France, and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith,
and so forth, before Anthony Gell< no role > , Esq . Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said City
and Liberty, on View of the Body of Susanna Boyce< no role > then and there
lying dead, upon the Oath of the several Jurors whose Names are here under written, and
Seals affixed, good and lawful Men of the said Liberty,duly Chosen, who being then and
there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by
what Means the said Susanna Boyce< no role > came to h is Death, do upon
their Oath say That the said Susanna Boyce< no role > on the eighth day of
November in the Year aforesaid in returning of from the House of
Mr. Vincent in Green's Court Little Pulteney Street in the Parish of
Saint James and Liberty aforesaid to her Lodgings at No. 17 in
Whitcombe Street aforesaid it so happened that in the before she
got to the Door of her Lodgings in Whitcombe Street aforesaid
in the Parish and County aforesaid, she was then and there sudden
-ly seized with a Fit, and by reason of the Violence thereof she
the said Susanna Bayce then and there fell to and against the
Ground in the said Street, and then and then in Instantly died;
but had no Marks of Violence or B [..] ses appearing on her
Body. And [..] the James aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
do say, that the said Susanna a Boyce by the Violence of the
Fit aforesaid came to her death, and not otherwise.

IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner as the said Jurors, have to this Inquisition
set their Hands and Seals the Day, Year,and Place first above written.
