Jane Earnest< no role > aged about Thirty Six years on
her Oath says she is the Wife of John Earnest< no role >
gone to Sea with whom she Intermarried at the
Parish Church of St. Andrew Holbourn about five
years ago and by whom she hath no Children now
living says her said Husband has two Children
by a former Wife namely Sarah< no role > aged about Fourteen
years & Ann Maria< no role > aged about 13 years, Says her
said Husband Rented and lived in a House in
Leapers Court Baldwins Gardens in the Parish
of St. Andrew Holbourn above the Bars for five
Years or thereabouts at the yearly Rent of 20 and
Parish Taxes due for the same hath quitted the
said House about Thirteen years ago since which
time her said Husband never Rented House or
Tenement of £10 a year or otherwise gained any other
Subsequent Settlement.
