Jas. Hopes< no role > upon his Oath saith that he rented a
House in Witch Street in the Parish of St. Clemt-
Danes in the County of Middx of the Yearly Rent
of Twenty Pounds for the Space of Nine Years or
thereabts- that he hath not since he left the sd.
House rented any other pd. Parish Taxes lived
with any Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the
Space of one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt.
in any other Place to his knowledge or beleife
that he hath one Child named Elizth< no role > - aged 9 Years &
upwards & being Poor is not able to maintaine
himselfe & Child
