Silvester Smith< no role > upon his Oath saith that on
the 25th- Day of May 1727 he Intermarried with
Anne< no role > his now Wife at the Fleet London & that
before his Intermarriage with his sd. Wife & whilst
he was a Singleman he lived a Yearly hired
Servant with one Mr- Wm- Berry< no role > in Nicholas
Lane Lombard Street in the Parish of St. Nicolas
Acons in the City of London for the Space of Two
Years & upwards at the Yearly Wages of Five
Pounds & further saith that soon after his sd.
Intermarriage his sd. Master Wm- Berry< no role >
told this Examinant if he wd. continue to live
with him he would make it up to him & give him
one Guinea more, pursuant to which Agreement
he continued to live with his sd. Master after his
sd. Intermarriage for the Space of Ten Months or
thereabts- & during the last Three Months of
such Service he lived with his sd. Master in
Abchurch Lane in the Parish of St. Mary Abchurch
in the City of London aforesd. that he hath not
since he left his sd. Masters Service rented Ten
Pounds a Yr. pd. Parish Taxes lived with any
other Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the Space
