to wit Mary Gass< no role > aged about
28 years now Chargeable to the parish
of Saint Clement Danes upon her
Oath saith that on or about the Sixth day of
October 1790 she Intermarried with James Gass< no role >
her present husband who has deserted her at
the parish Church of Saint Margaret Westminster
by whom she hath One Child living Vizt. Wm. Jas< no role >
aged about Nineteen Months That her said
Husband Rented a Second floor unfurnished
of a Mr. Buckstone in Great Marlborough Street
in the parish of Saint James in the Liberty of
Westminster for Two years or thereabouts at
the yearly Rent of Twelve Pounds that he
hath quitted said Apartments about Three
years since which time he hath not to the
best of this Examinants knowledge Information
or belief Rented any house Tenement or Lodging
of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes or done any
Act matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement
