to wit Joseph Spencer< no role > aged about
60 years upon his Oath saith that on or
about the 21st.. day of December 1798 he
Intermarried with Eleanor< no role > his present Wife
at the Parish Church of Saint Clement Danes
That he Rented and lived in a house in
Hemlock Court in the said Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster
for Two years and upwards at the yearly
Rent of Eighteen Pounds that he hath quitted
Said house about Seventeen years since
which time he hath not Rented any house
Tenement or Lodging of Ten Pounds a year
paid Taxes or done any Act Matter or
thing whereby he might have gained a
subsequent Settlement

Sworn this 13th.
day of Febry. 1798
