Trustees of the Estate in Duke's Place and Officers met
pursuant to Adjournment

Resolved and Agreed that a repairing Lease
of the four houses in Dukes Place, for a Term of twenty
one Years, be granted to Mr: George Coupland< no role > at twenty
six Pounds a Year, (clear of all Taxes) who is to lay-
out Two hundred Pounds to the approbation of the
Surveyor to be employed by the Trustees and Officers,
& to give Security for so doing:- the said Mr. Coupland
to commence paying Rent from Christmas next; but
he may enter at Midsummer to repair if convenient
to the Tenants.
