Then the New Scavengers for Westmr side who were
Nominated and appointed by the Burgesses were called
in and their Bookes demanded One of wch. was
Onely produced and upon Pusall of the Same It was
the Opinion of this Board that the Scavenger
wth the said Booke belonged unto was not chosen
according to Law Nor the said Booke Rated Assesed
