The Condicon of this Obligacon is such that Whereas the Churchwardens above
named William Bine< no role > Charles Prattin< no role > William Dodd< no role > & Edward Walter< no role > Overseers of
the poore of the parish of St. Clement Danes with the assent of two Justices of the
peace according to the Statute in that case made & pvided Hane putt Richard
Conder apprentice to the above bound Christopher Jobson< no role > for the terme of
eight yeares and have given with him Forty shillings If therefore the said
Christopher Jobson< no role > his Execrs. Admrs or Assignes doe & shall well & Sufficiently
pvide for keepe & maintaine the Said Richard Conder in by & with all &
at manner of needfull & necessary meale drink washing lodging linnen
apparrell & all other necessaryes meet & convenient for Such and Apprentice
dureing the said terme And also doe & shall save harmlesse & indempnified
as well the Said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore for the time
being & their Successors: and also all other the Inhabitants of the Said Pish
of St. Clement Danes which now are & hereafter shall be from & against
all & all manner of costs trouble charge accons Suites taxacons & all
other trouble & incumbrance whatsoever dureing the said terme white.
they or any of them shall or may Sustaine be att or putt unto by reason
of the keeping & maintaineing of the said apprentice in any manner
of wise Then this Obligacon to be void or else to remaine in full force
