The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens
above named Phillip Pinckney< no role > Benjamin Harvy< no role > John Dorrid & Mathew
Beaver Overseers of the poore of the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County
of Middx with the assent of two Justices of the peace according to the Statute in
that case made & pvided have putt Bell Clement apprentice to the
above bound Ann Durham and have given with the said Apprentice Forty
Shillings If therefore the above bound Edward Durham< no role > & Ann Durham< no role >
or either of them or either of their Executors. or Assignes doe & shall well &
Sufficiently keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice in by & with all & all
manner of needfull & necessary meate drinck washing lodging apparrell
linnen & all other necessaryes meete & convenient for such an Apprentice
dureing the terme of seaven yeares And also well & Sufficiently save
harmlesse & indempnified the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore
of the said Parish of St. Clement Danes & their successors for the time being & all
the Inhabitants of the said parish which now are & hereafter shall be of & from
the Charges of keeping & maintaineing the said apprentice dureing the
said terme and off & from all accons suites & taxacons for or by reason of
the said Apprentice in any manner of Wife Then this Obligacon to
be void & of none effect or else to stand in full force & vertue
