| Examination Text | Jane Aubery aged about 29 years Lodging at the upper end of St Martins Lane Saith she is the wife of Walter Aubery now at Sea and that he has been gone from her about 6 years was Married to him in St Clement Church 12 years agoe Saith he never was bred to any Trade but always used the Sea Saith he kept House in Blew Cross Street the Corner of hedge lane near Leicester Fields abt 2 years and paid £25 Pr Ann Rent and all Parochial Taxes left the same about 7 years agoe and that she since that kept house in Staggs's Alley Bedford Bury 3 quarters of a year pd £8 Pr Ann Rent but no Pish Taxes left the same abt 4 years agoe and never kept ho: since hath one Child Jane aged abt 9 years now in the workhouse of this Pish |
