<div2 type="smdssetColumn">Sarah Currie aged 38 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the wife of James Currie (gone from her) to whom she was married at Bath 19 years ago, that he is a Taylor by trade and served seven years apprenticeship to Mr Sharrard a Taylor in Peters Court in St Martin's Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields, that he never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant since. Taken in the workhouse the 19th Day of October 1756.</div2>
