Thomas White proceedingsdefend was Indicted for breaking open the House of Edward Hall proceedingsvictim , and taking from thence Goods of a considerable value , which he absolutely denyed, but not being able to give a Testimony of his good living, or having any to appear for him, and some of the Goods being proved to be found of his disposing, he was found Guilty of Fellony only .
