last. It appear'd that the Prosecutor pick'd up Elizabeth Debuke at Green-Goose Fair, and carry'd her into an Alehouse; that while they were there together, she took his Watch privately out of his Fob. The Fact being clearly prov'd upon her, the Jury found her
Guilty
of Felony: But the Evidence not proving any thing upon Lee, she was
acquitted
