Elizabeth Brown proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Dunstan in the East , was indicted of stealing 3 Silver Spoons; value 30 s. out of the House of William Graves proceedingsvictim , on the 2nd of August last. It was sworn, that she was seen to run out of the Prosecutor's House in Bell-Court in Mincing-Lane ; and being pursu'd, was taken, and the Spoons found dropt in the Court. She pretended it was another Woman ran out of the Court, and had like to have beat her down; but that not being believ'd, she was found guilty to the value of 10 d.
