every of you the said Constables, forthwith safely, to convey
& deliver into the Custody of the said Porter the Body of

Majesties Justices of the Peace
in and for the said City and
Liberties by the Oath of

with being a
Rogue & Vagabond for having after the passing of a certain Act of
Parliament, Intituled an Act to render more effectual the
"Laws now in being for suppressing unlawful & Lotteries"
(to wit) on the Eleventh Day of March in the year of our
Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Eight
at
Number Sixteen Ludgate Hill
in the said City taken
and received of and from the said
Richard Symes< no role >
the Sum
of Four Shillings and Ten-Pence of lawful
Money of Great Britain & in consideration thereof then
& there promising & agreeing to repay the said
Richard Symes< no role >
the Sum of Two Pounds and Two Shillings

of like lawful Money if a certain Ticket No. 20888
should be drawn fortunate or unfortunate on the Twenty Seventh day of the
Drawing of the present English state Lottery contrary to the form
of the Act of Parliament in that Case made and provided
promised
& therefore I do adjudge the said

-to be a Rogue
& Vagabond which said

you the said Porter
are required to receive & him in your Custody safely to keep until
the next Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the
Guildhall
in & for the said City to be further dealt with
according to Law And for your so doing this shall be
to you and each of you a sufficient Warrant Given under
my Hand and Seal this 13th day of March 1788
