Is now all men by these prsents That I Henry Somersett< no role > of the Parish of St. Andrews
Holborne in the County of Middx Esqr . Have made appointed and in my place and
Stead put. and by these prsente Doe make appoint and in my place and stead putt
Richard Rudyard< no role > of Simonds Inn in the County of Middx Gent . and Charles
Burd
< no role > of the Liberty of the Rolls and County aforesaid Gent jointly and Severally
my true and lawfull Attorneys for me and in my name Stead and Place at the Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the County of Middx aforesaid to
Subscribe my name to the Registry or Entrey which I have desired on hereafter
Shall desire the Clerke of the Peace of and for the said County of Middx or his
lawfull Deputy to make of my name and wall Estate Issueing respectively out
of the Severall Messages Farmes lands Tenements and here ditaments in the Said
Registry or Entry menconed in the Said County of Middl In pursuance of A late
Act of Parliament Intitled an Act to oblidge Papists to Register their names and
wall Estates. And further I the Said Henry Somersett doe hereby authorize the
Said Richard Rudyard< no role > and Charles Burd< no role > jointly and Severally to doe
execute and performe me whatsoever Shall or may be necessary or is required by
the Said late Act of Parliament for duely Registring my name and my Estate
aforesaid as fully to all Intents construccons and Purposes whatsoever as I the
Said Henry Somersett might or souls doe the Same being personally prsent And
whatsoever my Said Attorney Shall doe in or about the prmises I the Said Henry
Somersett

had done the Same. In wittnesse when of I the Said Henry Somersett< no role > have here unto
Sett my hand And Seale this Twelfth day October in the Eleventh yeare
