Worship full Sr:
I most humbly presume to
acquaint your Worship that Conformable to the late
Act of Parliament for the Relief of Insolvent Debrs .
I have Gazetted my suf, and Serv'd my Creditors with
proper Summons, and regularly to be discharged on
Thursday next sevenight, should the Court sitt so long
but if not, I hopo you can so farr prevail as, to
have an Adjournment, and that such persons who have
your Worship's Warrants and whose times are aspired
may then be orderd to Attend Your Worship is very
Sensible of my long and tedious Confirement, and
therefore hope your Goodness will pardon the trouble
I give you and am with great respect
