John Tresedern< no role > of Splower De Luce Court near Shoemaker
Row Blackfriars London Clockmaker upon his saith that on
Monday last between 6 and 7 in the Evening he called upon the
deceased in order to go to Mr woods the Mack Bull aforesaid
who is also a Clockmaker and having stair about an hour there
they sct off to gether to return to Mack Piars over Blackpiars
Bridge-and that they set off a between 8 and 9 in the Evening
and had walked about 150 yards towards the Turnpike [..]
in the high Road when they were suddenly called to by the
Turnpikeman to take CareandDeponent got out of the Raod
and turned round when Deponent saw the deceased laying in
the high Road, and a Coach paper this deponent-that Deponent and after the Coach but the
Turnpikeman called to him to stop as he knew whore Coath
it was-That [..] Deponent returned to the deceased
and put him on a Shutler and a suited in Carrying him to
the Hospital when it was found that the deceased [..] .
had ca [..] ed-that the deceased received a violent factured
the Right Leg and several bruises and wound upon other parts
of his Body which Deponent has an doubt occasioned his Death

in the Coy of Surrey Turnpikeman Oath Rache called the
Roll at the Turnpike gate called The Surrey new Road
Turnpike that on Monday last about half pant 8 in the
Evening he was sitting at the Turnpike Gate aforesaid and
saw the deced and two Mens Coming up the Kent Street Road
towards the Turnpike what Deponent was sitting-That
