maketh oath that on monday afternoon Dept
saw the deced go up his ladder to light a lamp directly opposite to her
house, and presently afterwards Dept heard a one horse Chaise come up the sd.
alley & the driver called to the deced, that the Chaise wently and the
Ladder on which the deced fell; that Dept went out & saw the deced
lying upon the Ground apparently much hurt, & he was afterwards
taken to Saint Barthw. Hospital
Says the Chaise & Horse ran up the
Yard & the driver was thrown out and much hurt

a one Horse Chaise up Royal Alley & that the Chaise run against
[..] a ladder whereon was the deced Righting a lamp & threw the ladder
& the deced down & the near these passed was his louis Says the
deced called to the driver "her God's sake take care of the Ladder"
