To the Constables and Beadles of the parish of Saint Thomas
within the Borough of Southwark

London
and
Southwark }


To wit, By virtue of the my office these are in his Majesty's name to Charge and
command you that on sight here of you Summon and Warn twenty four
good and Sufficient men of your parish personally to be and appear
before me on Saturday the 18th Day of October at five
of the Clock in the afternoon at Saint Thomas's Hospital situate
within the said parish and Borough
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them
in charge and to inquire on the behalf of ours Sovereign Lord the King
touching the Death of Mary Welch< no role > and for your so doing
this shall be your Warrant and that you attend at the time and place
abovementioned to make are turn of the names of those whom you
have so summoned and further to do and execute such others matters
as shall be then and there enjoined you have you then there
this Warrant Given under any Hand and Seal his 18th.
Day of October 1788 .
