Thomas Piggortt< no role > of No. 7 Brujean Square Old Bailey
London Surgeon and Apothecary maketh Oath and saith
that he hath attended the deced Joseph Clarridge< no role > about four Months for
a Sore Leg attended with a Consumptives Complaint
that you he has administered Medicine to the deced
but he continued to get worse untilhis decease
Yesterday Morning when on his going to the Appart-
ments of the deced he found he had departed this
Life that he believes the disorderes before mentioned
to have been the cause of his death
