that he asked him why the flogged his Horse in
such [..] manner that he made no answer and then
Dept. left him-that Dept. then returned to
the deced and took a Coach and brought him to
St. Bartholomews Hospital where he has seen
the deced dead.

Abraham Crosfield< no role > of No:5 Bethelem Green
St. Thomas Street Brick Lane Parish of
Bethelem Green Middlesex maketh Oath and
saith that he saw the deced lying against a
Rail near the corner of the Magtrye Worship
Street St: Leonard Shoreditch -that at the
same he saw a Cart driving past very fast
that the aforesaid Mr. Mardin desired Dept.
to run after said Cart. which he did and called
out to the driver to stop that the more he
called out the [..] faster he flagged his
Horse that said Mr. Mardin over took Dept.
that then the both run together and over took
the Cart in little more fields is being stopt
by some Drags that said Mardin asked the
driver of said Cart why he drove so fast
he answered-that his Horse took fright by
something falling off the Building-that he
did not know any thing of the accident but
that the found something between the Horse's
Legs when he took fright-That then Dept.
and said Mr. Mardin returned to the Cock and
Magpye that said Mr Mardin asked the
deced how he was-and he sayed his Thigh was
very bad-that said Mr Mardin examd. Deced
thigh and found a piece out of it.
