An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London, that is to say, at the parish of saint Michael
Wood Street in the ward of Cripplegate within in London aforesaid on the ninth day of October in the twenty eighth year of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland king Defender of the faith Etc. before Thomas

aforesaid who being now here chosen sworn
and charged to inquire for out said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon
their oath that she said

on the sixth day of October in the twenty eighth year aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in
London
aforesaid being sick of a fever and by reason of the violence there of being delirious and out of his mind with a certain Razor
made of Iron and Steel of the value of one penny which he the said

in his right hand then and there had and held
the neck and throat of him the said

did then and there violently and forcibly strike stab cut and penetrate Giving
to himself then and there by such striking stabbing cutting and penetrating with the Razor
aforesaid one mortal wound in and
upon the neck and throat of him she said

of the length of three inches and of the depth of two inches Of which said
mortal wound he she said

from the said sixth day of October in the twenty eighth year aforesaid until the eighth
day of the said month of October in the same year at the Parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid did languish and languishing
did live On which said eighth day of October in theyear aforesaid as the parish and Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid

of the said mortal wound did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the

being delirious and out of his mind by reason of the violence of the fever aforesaid did kill himself In
