Depositions of Witnesses taken at London, that is
to say, at the Parish of Christ Church in the Ward
of Farringdon within in London aforesaid the 1st.
day of February 1790 on View of the Body of
Edward Jones< no role > then and there lying Dead.

Thomas Brown< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate maketh
Oath that he hath known the deced Edward Jones< no role > about Three
Monthsthat he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he
hath been [..] Sick Ward where Deponent attendsvery ill in a
Decline the most of that time that he was brought into the Sick Ward
where Deponent attends on Friday Morning last very ill that he was
put to Bedto Bedwhere he continued until the next Morning
Saturday the 30 of January last when he departed this Life that he
was attended during his illness by the Surgeon of the said Gaol And
Deponent believes the aforesaid disorder accompanied with Old Age
(the deced being an Old Man) occasioned his Death
