Sixteenth day of August in the thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George

here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how
and in what Manner the said

Oath that the said

on the fifteenth day of august in the year
aforesaid at the Parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid being Bathing in the River
Thames accidentally casually and by Misfortune did Sink under the Waters of the said
River and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there Suffocated
and drowned, Of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said

then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that
