of a certain house

in the ward of Cripplegate

aforesaid and there being a fire in a certain Grate in the said Lodging room it so happened that
the said dore
[..] contained in the said Grate did then and there whilst she the said

the said lodging room as aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune communicate to the said lodging room
and to the death's and wearing apparel of the said

there unable to extricate herself from and to extinguish the said fire so communicated to the said Lodging room
and Cloathes and wearing apparel of the said

thereof was then and there mortally burned in divers and very many parts of the Body of her the said

Of which said mortal burning she the said

on the day and your last aforesaid at the said parish
of Saint Bartholomew the less in the said ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid did die And so the
Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do Say that the said

aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally burned and killed In Witness whereof as well the
said Coroner as the said
