aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to Inquire for our said Lord the King
when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon their Oath that the said Samuel
Panton on the sixth day of November in the Year aforesaid being in and on board a certain Barge lying in the River Thames
It so happened that the said Samuel Panton Accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the said Barge into
the said River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there suffocated and Drowned Of which said
suffocation and Drowning he the said

did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was
accidentally drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
