LondonDepositions of Witness taken at London that
is to say at St. Bartholomew Hospital in
the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Less
in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid this 21st day of January 1794 on
view of the Body of John Buddin< no role > now here

Charles Stewart< no role > of the black bull upper Thames Street
London Victualler maketh Oath that last Saturday afternoon
the deced came into Dept. Home and came up to Dept. Bar
Dept. being then in the Bar and another Man in Company with
the deced that the Man who was in Company with the deced
sayed to Dept. this man pointing to the deced has met with
an accident by my Cart and sayed he wished the deced might
have something to Drink that he called for some Tenland Brandy
which Dept. served him with that he gave the deced als lass who
Arankit the deced sayed nothing and did not appears to be much
Hart-that the Man with the deced appeared to be a Casman
and appeared to be very well acquainted with the deced and
sayed to the deced after they had drank the dont Brandy
I don't think you and much Hart best if you will have a
Docter I will pay him or any other appearance in Modes action
I will pay it-that he repeated those words several times and
appeared very much concerned for the deced-that they walked
out of Dept. house together

Thomas Gill< no role > of No. 68 Wen Street Smithfield London Wheel
-wright maketh Oath that between eleven and twelve OClock
last Saturday Morning Dept. passing along Thomas Street saw
two Cash before passing from London Bridge towards Fishmonger
Hall in Thomas Street that [..] the Carts had got even Fishemonger Hall [..] his
[..] the Horser of one of the Carts began to Dept and get on very
fast and appeared to be endear severing to pass the other Cart that
the Wheel of one cart caught hold of the Wheel of the Cart
by which means the Horse of one Cart and the Cast were thrown
on upon the fool pavement that the deced who was the Driver
of the Cast so thrown on the pavement and who never on the near
side of his Horse was struch and jammed by the shaft of th Cast
against the Wall of one of the Horses-that the other Cart wheel
on and then the deced Horse threw himself of from the
pavement and the deced was extricated-that the deced
appeared to go after the other Cart that he had not gone fas
before Reput his hand to right side and other the oped
with his shoulder again one of the Houses at hearing to have
