Deposition of a Witness taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid the 24th. day of January 1794
on view of the Body of Ann Andrews< no role > now
here lying Dead

Jane Wiggins< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath that she hath known the deced Ann Andrews< no role >
twelve Weeks past during all which time she hath been
in the Sick Ward where Dept. attends ill in a decline
that she was a prisoner in the said Gaol that she continued
to get worse and decline daily until yesterday Morning
when she departed this Life That she was attended
by the Surgeon of the said Gaol and Dept has no doubt
the aforesaid Complaint occasioned the deceds Death
