Bishopsgate Street London maketh Oath thathe thehe
decedhath known the deced Henry Peters< no role > about two Years
& seven Months that they have lodged together in a one
hair of stairs Room of that House about four Months
that during the whole time Dept has known the deced
he has been in a Decline had a violent Cough andwas
spit very much that he appeared to be about Sixty years
of Agethat between two and three O Clock on Thursday afternoon last on Dept
going home to the said Room he found the deced in the
Room holding by the Mantle piece that he trembled
very much and appeared very ill that Dept got some
Gin for the deced which Le drank-Dept. went out a
little after-that on Depts. return about five O Clock he
found the deced out-Dept. being knocked up and a hearing the deced about
twelve O Clock went down and found him on Stairs
that he was insensible and Dept. could not move him
Dept. continued to go to him about every quarter of an
Hour until about five OClock when he appeared to be
Dead-and about Six OClock he was quite Dead-about
Seven OClock Depts acquainted his Landlord of the deceds
death and about nine he was taken to the Workhouse
