to say at the parish of Saint Bartholomew the less in the Ward of Farringdon

aforesaid on the seventh day of March
in the thirty fifth year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland
King Defender of the faith and so forth before

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and
charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the
said

came to his death say upon their oath that the said

on the fifth day of March in the year aforesaid being employed in the driving of a
certain Cart drawn by three horses along and through a certain publick street and Kings
highway there called Ludgate
hill situate in the parish of Saint Martin Ludgate in the Ward aforesaid It so happened that the said

accidentally
casually and by misfortune fell to the Ground there and the near wheel of the said Cart
did then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune go upon and pass over the
head of him the said

by means whereof the said

did then
and there receive one mortal fracture upon the scull of him the said

of
which said Mortal fracture he the said

as well at the said parish
of Saint Martin Ludgate
in the Ward of Farringdon
without as also at the said parish
of Saint Bartholomew the less in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid
did languish and languishing did live and afterwards to wit on the same day and
year aforesaid at the parish and Ward last aforesaid in London
aforesaid of the said
mortal fracture did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say
that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid casually and
by misfortune was accidentally killed In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
as the said

the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and
the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set their hands
