over it and Dept. exportulating with the deced concerning
his coming home in that drunken state the deced grew
angry and mad a blow at Dept. upon which Dept.
quitted the Room as fast as she could and the deced
looked the Room Door and the [..] shut Dept. Out a Dept
then went up Stairs & slept with another from and Lodger
in the House-that the next Morning Saturday about
eight oClock Dept. event to the Dow of Depts. appartment
which she found locked or fastened inside-Dept. called
[..] several times to the deced but receiving no answer and
supposing the deced Last gone out & taken the Key with him
forced the Door open and on going into the Room she found
the deced lying in Bed the Bed Cloaths upon him Dept.
spoke to him but receiving no answer she went to him
and upon taking hold of one of his hands found it very
told and Dept. then found the decease was dead Dept.
thereupon went down Stairs and gave the alarm. That
[..] between one and two oClock [..] same day a
Surgeon examined the deced and found a Wound in the
back part of his head which he sayed had occasioned the
deceds Death-Dept. says that after [..] the deced was brought
into his Room on Friday Night he sayed he had had a
severe fall turning the Corner
