that is to say at the parish of Saint Bartholomew
the Less in the ward of Farringdon without
in London aforesaid this 8th. day of August
1799 on view of the body of a Man christian
Name William Sirname unknown
now here lying Dead.

Thomas Edwards< no role > Horsekeeper to Mr. Rabin of Bridge
Street Blackfriars Coal Merchant maketh Oath that this
Morning about ten oClock he saw the deced going along
a Plank from a Barge to a Pile near the Shore at Priddle
Dork Thames Street That the deced has a large Stone bet.
two and three hundred Wright on his shoulders and while
passing along the Plank he fell upon the Plankand the Stone
fell
with his face downwards and the Stone upon him
that the Stone then fell from him the deced got up and
walked from the Plank to the Shore that he appeared very
much hurt and just as he got to the shore he appeared
to be falling but a Man near him took hold of him and
load him away to a publick house near there

Court Blackfriars maketh Oath that this Morning he accompained
the deced in a Coach the Saint Bartholomew Hospital that her
appeared very ill [..] and in a dying state and just as
they got to the Hospital he appeared to Deponent to depart
this Life
