By Virtue of my Office these are in his Majesty's name to charge and command
you that on sight here of you Summon and Warn Twenty four able and
Sufficient Men of your said Parish
personally to be and appear before me on Saturday the eighth
Day of July instantat Twoof the Clock
in the afternoon precisely at the dwelling House of
Mr. Burtknown by the Sign of the Fox

Then and thereto do and execute all such things that shall be given them
in Charge on behalf of our Sovereign Lord the Kings Majesty touching
the Death of a Boy Unknownand for your so doing
this shall be your Warrant. And the you also attend at the time
and place abovementioned to make a Returns of the names of the
persons whom you shall have so Summoned and further to do and
execute such other matters as shall be then and there enjoined
you and have you then and there this Warrant Given under my
Hand and Seal this Seventh Day of July 1786.
