command you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
Twenty four able and Sufficient Men of your said Parish
personally to be and appear before me on Wednesday. the
twelfthday of July Instant at ten
of the Clock in the forenoonat the Dwelling House
ofknown by the Sign of the
Spread Eagle in your said Parish
Then and thereto do and execute all such things that shall be given
them in Charge on behalf of our Sovereign Lord the Kings Majesty
touching the Death of William Simmons< no role >
and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. and that you
also attend at the time and place abovementioned to make a return
of the Names of the persons whom you shall have so Summoned
and further to do and execute such other matters as Shall be then and
there enjoined you and have you then and there this Warrant Given
