Who being Jointly & sevly on Oath Say & first this
Inft. Edward Ingram< no role > for himself saith That on Thursday
Eveng about 7 OClock then Inf was on the Hampstead
Road & heard a Woman Cry in a field & saw a Man
run from her & this Ins (supposing he had robbed her)
called to the d. Inst. to assist him to take him & they
took the Man which is the person Now present who
calls himself of Joshna Nack< no role > & bro. him to the Cast that
[..] Kentish [..] and he told them he had only
asked the Gentlewoman for Money to pay his lodging
And this Inf Willm Michael< no role > In himself saith that the
other Inf called to him as afsd. And saith that he
Assisted and took the sd Joshua say'd and bro' him to
the house aforesaid and the sd. Joshua say'd he only asked
for Money for him lodging. And there Inf Jointly say
there the sd Joshua denyed having any knife nor did
they find any on him
