Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said
County.
Who being upon Oath saith That on the Twentieth of this Instant
March this Informant in passing up Russell Street Covent Garden
met
with two persons now present who call themselves Ann Gale< no role >
and
Frances Ruxton< no role >
and agreed to take them home to his own Lodging
and when they came there One of them (Ann Gale< no role >
) layed with this
Informant upon his Bed but this Informant saith the [..] before they did so
he lock'd his Chamber Door but left the Key therein, and soon
after so doing this Informant went to Sleep, [..]
And this Informant further saith thatbeforeupon his aweking [..]
to his great Surprize he formed that the sd. Ann Gale< no role >
and
Frances Ruxton< no role >
were gone out of the said Room and he
imediately Missed One Blue Cloth Coat One Pair of Black
Stocking Breetches One Hatt a Pair of Pumps One pair of
Shoe Buckles and Two Neck cloths and diverse other things
which said Things this Informant verily believes were
feloniously taken and carried away by the said Ann Gele
and Frances Ruxton< no role >
