These are to Certify that at the present General Quarter
Session of the Peace holden for the County, of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in saint John Street in the said County (by adjournment) on Tuesday
the Fourth day of April Instant A Bill of Indictment was Exhibited to the Grand Inquest against John Gray< no role > late of the Parish of
Saint George in the East Labourer for Feloniously Stealing taking
and carrying away Six Ounees of Gold of the Value of Twenty three
pounds of the goods and Chattles of the Right Honourable William
Chetwynd
< no role > Esquire commonly called William Lord Viscount Chetwynd
of the Kingdom of Ireland and by a Second Count for feloniously
Stealing taking and carrying away Six Ounees of Gold of the Value
of Twenty three pounds of the Goods and Chattles of certain Persons

the 6th. day of April 1769.
