Who being on Oath says that on Friday last the 13th.. instant,
he went to the Stables of Abraham Kirby< no role >
now present, in
a Court near Cow Cross
, in company with Joseph Clark< no role >
, to
Search for a Horse stolen from Mr.. John Parkes< no role >
of Warwick.
That they found the said Horse therein, and on the said Abraham
Kirby< no role >
being informed by them, that the said Horse had been
stolen, he immediately locked the Stable-door, and refused
to deliver the said Horse.
