for the Wilful Murder of a Female Bastard
Child, of which she was privately deliver'd,
in this Parish, on the Twenty Ninth day
of April last,We do hereby Certify, that
we have since that time Attended Her, as
Surgeon's Etc, and further Certify, that she
has been confin'd to Her Bed & Her Room,
since Her delivery, of the said Bastard
ChildAnd we further Certify, that she the
said Ann Brean< no role >
, cannot be remov'd to take
Her Trial, for the said Murder during the
present Sessions, without endangering Her
Life, Witness our Hand's the Day & Year
