Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St Botolph without Aldgate

said Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely prevented is likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be true and forasmuch
as it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of

Father of the said Mary Cater
rented and dweft in a house of upwards of Ten pounds P Anno
in the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch
in Middlesex
where he was
rated and paid to the poorand no other legal Settlement
elsewhere appearing unto us since We do also adjudge the
said parish of St Leonard Shoreditchto be the place of her last
legal Settlement
These are therefore in his Majesty's name to will & require
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St Botolph Aldgateforthwith to remove and convey
the said Mary Cater
from out of your said parish unto the said parish of St Leonard
Shoreditchand her deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor there Some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for heraccording to
Law. Given under our hands and Seals this 21st day of
