The Humble Petition and appeale of the Church
Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet
of Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order bearing Date the twenty fifth
day of may last past under the hands and Seals of Sir John
Thompson Knt. Lord mayor of the City of London and Sr. William
Billers< no role > Knt . two of his majesties Justices of the peace for the
said City (one being of the Quorum) Mary Bradshaw< no role > wife of
John Bradshaw< no role > was removed from the parish of Saint Dionie
Back Church in the said City of London unto the Hamlet of
Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex as the Place of
her last legal Settlement by which said Warrant or order
your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and humbly
appeale to this Court against the same Praying such reliefe
as to your Worshipps shall seem most meet
