Confined in his Majesty's last of Newgate of Felony
That Your Petioner on the Twenty Fifth Day of April 1743
was Committed a Prisoner to the Gaol of Wood street
Compter in London
for taking of Alexander Patten< no role >
a Guineaand helping him to
a Watch and stock buckle Which was Stole from him and not
Apprehending the Thief
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays That he
May at this Present Session of Goal Delivery of
Newgate holden for the City of London
aforesaid
on a Tursday This Nineteenth Day of May 1742 be
either Tryed Bailed or Discharged
And yor Petitioner (as in Duty Bound)
shall ever pray Etc
