William Winter< no role > of the parish of St. Andrew Holborn in the County
of Middlesex Clothworker the Defendant in the above Cause
maketh Oath that Samuel Haynes< no role > of Thames Street London Gentleman
is a material Witness for this Deponent on his defence in this
Causes nor Can this Deponent without the [..] Testimony of
the said Samuel Haynes safely take his Tryal on the Indictment
found against him in this Cause at this Deponent verily beleives
And this Deponents further Saith that the said Samuel Haynes< no role > did
on the twenty fifth day of September last set out on a Journey to
Saint Edmondsbury in the County of Suffolk (as he informed this
Deponent and as this Deponent verily beleives) from which Tourner
the said Samuel Haynes< no role > is not yet returned nor is expected to
return for a week or ten days to ensue.
