that he rented & lived in a house of Fourteen Pounds
a year in the Parish of Saint Andrew undershaft London Severall
Years Now upon hearing of the Petition & Appeal of the Church
-Wardens & Overseers ofthe Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Andrew undershaft

in the Presence and hearing of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Bridget Vulgarly St. Brides
against the Warrant and Judgment of the said
two Justices and having heard what Could be alledged on either side
by the respective Churchwardens their Councel & Witnesses in & Concerning
the Premisses It is there upon Considered and Ordered by this Court that
the Warrant and Judgement of the said two Justices be Quashed and
the Appeal Allowed & that they the said William Blackburn< no role >

his wife be sent back and delivered to the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Bridget Vulgarly Saint Brides
