Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Stephen Walbrook

Sheweth
That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City
where of one is of the Quorum (therein mentioned) bearing Date
the Seventh Day of December in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven hundred and Forty two

was removed from the Parish of Saint Olave
in Hart Street
in the said City to the said Parish of Saint
Stephen Walbrook
as the last legall Place of her Settlement
By which your Petitioners humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the said Pass Order
Your Petitioners therefore pray your
Worshipps will be pleased to hear and determine
the Matters touching this Appeal and give
thm such Relief in the Premises as to your
Worships shall seem just and meet
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
