To the Right Honble. Robert Westley< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor of the City
of London and the rest of the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City in their Quarter Session of the Peace
for the said City Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Katherine
Coleman London

Sheweth


That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals
of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) bearing date the first day of November last
Jane Dickenson< no role > Widow of Robert Dickenson< no role > deceas'd was remov'd
and convey'd from and out of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate London to the aforesaid Parish of Saint Katherine Coleman
London as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore conceiving themselves Aggrieved by
the said Order or Pass Warrant Humbly Appeal against
the same and Pray such Relief in the Premises as to this
Honble. Court it shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
